Do I need an account to use PixelMap Studio?

No. The full engine — screen setup, panel catalog, signal, power and 3D pre-vis — works as a guest. You only need a free account to save, version and share projects.

How accurate are the calculations?

Panel data comes from manufacturer spec sheets, and processor/port planning follows each ecosystem's published rules (Brompton Tessera, NovaStar, Megapixel HELIOS). Structural and power figures are planning estimates: always validate with your venue engineer and power distro before load-in.

Can I use my own panels?

Yes. Add panels one by one or import your whole inventory via CSV. Your custom panels appear next to the built-in catalog in every project.

What can I export?

Pixel maps, signal and power diagrams as SVG/PNG, project summaries as CSV/JSON, and on Pro: watermark-free exports, PDF reports, OBJ/glTF 3D models and orbital WebM video clips for clients.
