Refund & Cancellation Policy
Pro costs $149.00 USD per year. If it isn’t doing the job for you, we give the money back. This page tells you exactly how.
In one paragraph
Full refund within 30 days of any charge, including a renewal charge, no questions asked. Cancel yourself in one click from your account. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing you made is ever deleted because a plan ended.
How to cancel
- Open Account.
- Click Manage billing.
- Click Cancel plan.
That is the entire process — online, immediate, no phone call and no email to anyone. You can also write to support@pixelmap.studio and we will do it for you within one business day.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund: it stops the next charge. Your Pro features stay on until the end of the period you have paid for, and we send you an email confirming both the cancellation and the date access ends.
How to get a refund
Email support@pixelmap.studio from the address on your account within 30 days of the charge and say you want a refund. You do not have to give a reason and we will not try to talk you out of it.
- We process refunds within 5 business days of your request.
- The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank usually takes another 5–10 days to show it.
- The refund includes any tax we collected. Your Pro access ends when the refund is issued.
- You keep every project, export and file you made while on Pro.
After the 30 days
Outside the window we do not refund a period that has already started, but you can cancel any time to stop the next one. Two exceptions where we refund regardless of the calendar:
- We charged you in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge for a plan you never had. Always refunded in full.
- An outage or a defect on our side kept you from using what you paid for. Tell us what happened and we will refund a fair share of the period, or all of it.
Renewal charges
We email you 30, 7 and 1 days before every renewal so it is never a surprise. If one still catches you out, the 30-day window applies to renewal charges exactly as it does to the first one — cancel and ask, and you get the whole amount back.
What happens to your work
Nothing is deleted. When Pro ends, your account returns to the Free plan: the full calculation engine stays, your three most recently updated projects stay editable, and the rest become read-only — still visible, still exportable, waiting for you. Reactivate Pro and everything unlocks exactly as you left it.
Before you call your bank
If something looks wrong on your statement, email us first. We can usually fix it the same day, and a refund reaches you far faster than a chargeback does. If you open a dispute, Pro access is suspended while the bank investigates.
Licenses bought outside Stripe
License keys issued directly by us (volume deals, invoiced purchases) follow whatever the written agreement says. If it says nothing, this policy applies.
